E DAY Training - Count Scrutineers

On May 9th (Election Day!) we need volunteers to help scrutineer, make phone calls, enter data, as runners, wavers, street canvassers and drivers. In the evening we need 80 count count scrutineers!

What is a count scrutineer? A scrutineer or poll-watcher is a person who observes activity at polling stations to either to prevent the occurrence of corruption or genuine mistakes.

Here is the count scrutineer training schedule. It's a refresher on count scrutineering after the polls close. 

Tuesday, April 25 - 7pm to 8pm

Friday, April 28 - 2pm to 3pm

Tuesday, May 3 - 7pm to 8pm

Sunday, May 7 - 1:30pm to 2:30pm
